Free Trial First

We strongly encourage every new user to take a free 24-hour trial before purchasing a plan. The trial gives you full access to all channels, VOD, and quality tiers — so you can verify the service works on your device and meets your expectations before any payment.

Eligibility for a Refund

Refunds are considered within 48 hours of purchase if the service is genuinely non-functional on your device and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue. To be eligible, you must have contacted support via WhatsApp and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and fix the problem.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, failure to cancel before a new purchase, shared or resold credentials, internet or hardware issues on the customer's side, content preferences (e.g. a specific channel or event not being available), or requests made more than 48 hours after purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team via WhatsApp within 48 hours of purchase. Provide your order details and a description of the issue you encountered. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed back through the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Service Credits

In cases where a full refund does not apply but the service experienced significant downtime or quality issues, we may offer a subscription extension or service credit at our discretion. This is assessed case-by-case.
