1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using XCodes IPTV you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Service Description
XCodes IPTV provides access to live television channels, video-on-demand content, and related streaming features via internet protocol (IPTV). Access is granted upon purchase of a subscription plan or activation of a free trial.
3. Account & Credentials
Your login credentials (M3U URL, username, and password) are for personal use only. You must not share, resell, or redistribute your credentials without an authorised reseller agreement. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to circumvent geographic restrictions beyond your personal location, to attempt to reverse-engineer, intercept, or redistribute our streams, or to use automated tools to access the service in a way that degrades performance for other users.
5. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are sold as fixed-duration plans (3, 6, or 12 months). Payments are accepted via cryptocurrency, PayPal, or bank transfer. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Pricing is displayed in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout.
6. Limitation of Liability
XCodes IPTV provides the service on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All channel streams, VOD content, and associated intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. XCodes IPTV does not claim ownership of any broadcasted content. Our platform, branding, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of XCodes IPTV.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms. No refund is issued upon termination for cause. You may stop using the service at any time; unused subscription time is subject to our Refund Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
